ANGEL EXPRESS'S SOME KEY CONDITIONS :

• ~ You (Customer) agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy , All Charges & Other All Conditions of Angel Express Travels (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. & have read, understood & then inform Travelling Cab Booking Confirmation .
• ~ When you ( Customer ) Have submit the Cab Booking OTP given by the company ( ANGEL EXPRESS ) in the booking form, it means that , You ( Customer ) Agree to All Charges , T & C * , Privicy Policies & Other All Conditions of Angel Express Travels ( OPC ) Pvt. Ltd.
• ~ The company (Angel Express) & other associate members like associate travel agents, cab partners, etc., will not be liable for any delay, damage, loss, or injury during critical circumstances through Travelling or situations beyond control.
• ~ All illegal items restricted by the government are prohibited in the vehicle while Travelling. If it will there then Company { Angel Express Travels ( OPC ) Pvt. Ltd. } Have Rights to take the legal Actions Against that kind of Activities.
• ~ No Complain shall be Entertained By the company(Angel Express ) after the expiry of 1 day (24 Hours ) of the any types of booking .
• ~ Any types of Cab Trip Booking Standard Travelling Timing : ( Up to 11 HRs per Day # Max. ) Early morning to Night ( Up to 10:30 pm ) Exceed the time limit then , Min. 300 /- per HR ( Up to 12 km ) Will be applicable to the final Billing Amount.
• ~ Km / Hr Whichever is first Completed will be Considering & After that extra Amount for extra Km \ Hr will be Applicable to all types of Angel Express Cab Services Packages .
• ~ plan to visit in your itinerary. This will help our driver to prepare accordingly , Adding any other stop location , To the itinerary during trip may not be possible . If any stop location add then , extra charges will be Applicable to the final billing amount .
• ~ For Driving Between 10:30* PM to 8:00* AM to Any of the nights; an Additional Allowance Charges will be Applicable to the final Billing Amount .
• ~ The Km\Hr(S) usages will be Calculated Starting from Your ( Customer ) Pick-up Location & back Return to Drop-up Location.
• ~ Your trip has a km limit & in Case of certain special packages may even contain hours limit . If your usage exceeds these limit you will be charged for the exceed km used and\or hour if applicable .
• ~ Price Rates & Taxes Subject to change without any Notice.
• ~ Travelling at their own Risk ,if any Accident Occurrence that time our cab services Partner \ Our Associate Travel Agent or Angel Express Travels (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. Will not be Responsible for any types of Compensation .
• ~ All types of Commercial luggage will be Charged Extra For Carried in the Vehicle while Travelling
• ~ Angel Express Travels (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. Reserve the rights to change Driver Or Cab Details or Cancel the Trip Booking in unavoidable Circumstances.
• ~ If the Customer Cancel His\Her Cab Trip Booking Before the Travelling , The Cab Booking Amount will not be Refundable .
• ~ During any Cab booking please Note that , All road toll taxes, parking charges, state taxes, Airport Pick-up Entry Charges etc. type of all other charges Amount need to be paid extra to the Concern Authorities as per Actual.
• (In such cases or special fare package)
  ~ Your Trip includes one pick-up point in pick-up city & one drop point to Destination city . it does not includes within city Travelling to the decided Travelling Fare Packages. But Customer need extra city Travelling or extra pick-up \ Drop-up Services then Extra Rental Cab Charges will be Applicable to the final billing Amount .
• ~ When the Customer fill the cab Booking form provided by Angel Express travels (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. While availing the services of the company { Angel Express Travels (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. } , Filling That Cab Booking Form will Means That Customer Agree to all the Terms & Conditions , Privacy Policy ,Rules Etc. Mentioned to the official website (www.angelexpress.in ) of the company {Angel Express Travels (OPC) Pvt. LTD. } & also Some Key Conditions are Agreed As Mentioned in the Cab Booking Form & Then the Customer Acknowledges the Cab Booking Confirmation for the Any type of Journey to Angel Express Travels ( OPC ) Pvt. Ltd.
• ~ If the pickup location of the customer is more than seven kilometers from the center point decided by the company in each city, the customer will have to pay the pickup charge for the cab service as per the company policy. [ Min. Charges Start from 80 ₹ ]
• ~ The Company informs all customers in advance that when the customer books a cab with Angel Express for their convenience Travelling to the airport or any other place or booking a cab with Angel Express for pick-up from the airport, in any case the flight is delayed or change in flight arrival / departure time or waiting time for pick-up in any type of booked one way / City Rental Savaari cab service is Approved upto 12 minutes max. after that Extraa Charges will be Automatically Applicable as per Company Policies . Company shall not be bound with Customer to make any changes such as change in pick-up time or other any kind of changes in the Cab booking . But Due to Some Major Circumstances if any such change in time or any other kind is given, at that kind of situation the customer himself shall be legally bound to pay the additional charges as per the policies of the Angel Express Travels , The Company reserves the right to cancel the cab service booking in all such cases & in any case of cancellation of the booking the Company is not obliged to refund the booking amount deposited by the Customer to the Company under the booking Confirmation as the booking Amount will be credited to the company as penalty amount.
• ~ One Day Advance Booking Must Required for all types of Angel Express Services.
• ~Subject to Vadodara Jurisdiction only.
